Refund policy

If you are not happy with the order, you can exchange or refund it. Noting that it must be sent back in an unopened and unused condition.

To cancel an order, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel by sending us a message on our Instagram page @Essentials.eg you must include details of your order, including your order number, to enable us to identify it.

If you received the order before you decide to cancel it, you must return it to us without being used or opened.
